Steam has several other features that kind of involve you around other programs like: X-Fire and FaceBook. Meaning that with steam having fun feaures such as X-Fire you can instantly track a friend, Join the same game as them, recieve a game invite from them without you having the game loaded. Keeping you in touch with your friends easily. Viewing who is online, who is playing what and keeping you up to date with when they was last online. There is several other features such as private messaging, voice communication and a group section, within the group sections of steam you can have a wall to talk on and arrange several things like events etc. You can also join the local chat for the group. Over all steam is a very nice free product to have installed on your pc. If you are a big gamer. Steam is a program based around online gaming. It is freeware and will require you to register and create your own profile, like you would on any other web or forum based service. You can purchase a digital version of any games you please from steam ( Including package deals) from steam, The products are instantly accessible once you have paid for the product. This is not a sales pitch for us to promote people in kiss to buy products from steam. It is simply a new way to improve the community of kiss with more access for ever to play together with ease as friends.		We will be briefly talking about what we have seen happen in kiss over the previous 4 years that kiss has been around in the game of Guild wars. There seems to be 3 phases to what happens in Guild wars generally and day to day. Some prople are more advanced gamers than others and tend to progrress through the game much faster than Mr Average Joe. This relates to boredom long term and good friendly players not wanting to help new players of the game because they have done the quest or mission a million times before. With Guild wars being almost 6 years old now, it is getting to be one of those games this is just tedious to play for some people. Guild wars is one of those you take a break from but never quit playing. This issue long term prevents people from keeping in touch because they are playing something else. Kiss has been a great motivator for alot of people playing the game day after day. Seasonal issues, the biggest one being summer time. Most people just disappear without a word on holidays, vactions, they get dragged out by parents for lunch at the sunday pub with no Wi-Fi damn it. With all of the above taken into account and the main point being while some just disappear others still play but get bored. This is where we are hoping to change things for the better. It is not like kiss is not friendly enough as it is right? There is a great bunch of people in kiss and some really dedicated mature leaders. All we are looking to do is give people a little more to as friends and as a community.

Getting you involved.

You will be able to download steam from the download section here on the website or, you can click this direct link: cdn.steampowered.com/download/SteamInstall.msi

1. Create your account.


2. Amend your profile.


3. Contact any GM (Guild Manager) or any AM (Alliance Manager)


4. Provide to them the correct steam profile name or user account name and they will simply add you to the group.

All AM & GM's Will have officer's positions on steam to be able to add new users to the group. Depending on the future of steam and group growth, more officers may be requested by and AM.

Anyone with the correct manor is available to join kiss you do not need to be a Guild wars player or own the game.

If you are not a guild wars player and wish to join us on steam to make yourself some friends to play with on a daily basis. Please fill out the application to join kiss on the homepage.

 

Kiss on steam is a private group, not viewable by daily users of steam. Hence you will not be able to find us by searching via steam.

Vac engine.

Vac is known as Valve Anti Cheat. It covers most games that run via steam. We would strongly advise that you do not cheat via Vac, as it can result in permanent ban of the online game or a particular game. you enjoy, or even worse! full account ban of steam. Meaning anything you use or buy via steam will be gone forever wih no return and no unbanning ever! It is a very good efficient, yet strict anti cheat program.

With the above being read by you. Kiss will not provide technical support on you being banned, nor will Kiss be held responsible for your actions towards cheating online. It will be refused towards any Vac technical support at all.
